Boys Varsity Football · Football: Taylor 2nd all-time with 20 tackles

White House senior linebacker Colby Taylor set a personal career high in single game tackles Friday night with 20 stops in a 41-29 loss at Portland.

The mark sets him one tackle shy of the single game record set by linebacker Kevin Jackson on October 30, 2009 against Sycamore with 21. He is tied for second all-time with Mike Jamison, who had 20 versus College Grove on November 19, 1973.

Taylor leads the team on the year with 60 tackles. He also has eight tackles for losses for the Blue Devils.
