Students of White House High School,
I want to let each of you know that I will be leaving WHHS and taking on a role at the central office for Sumner County Schools. I am extremely saddened by the fact that I will not be a daily part of school at WHHS, and I cannot thank everyone enough for the thoughts and prayers that have been communicated on behalf of my family and me as we battle this ongoing illness. The support of the entire community has been nothing short of overwhelming, and your continued prayers are much appreciated.
I have been told several times over my educational career that there is just something special about White House, and that you can’t really understand what makes it so special until you are a part of it. I completely agree with that sentiment now, and I will cherish the relationships I’ve forged at White House for the rest of my life.
I look forward to seeing where Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Hall, and the new assistant principal lead this special school in the future. WHHS has the best administration, faculty, staff, and students in all of Sumner County, and having the chance to learn and grow with all of you has absolutely been the highlight of my career.
